Terms and Conditions

1)  If you have a Tyre pressure sensor or monitor on your wheels you must let the wheel technician know prior to any work being carried out. We will not be liable for any damage occurring to a sensor/monitor if we have not been informed of it. 

2)  Quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue. If there is additional damage to the wheel which was not present when quoted, then the quote will be invalid. 

3)  Please ensure that your wheels are clean prior to our arrival. Regrettably, if we have to clean the wheels to allow refurbishment then a wheel cleaning charge will be added of £5 per wheel.

4)  All offers are subject to a minimum of two wheels being refurbished and offers can be withdrawn at any time. 

5) We are primarily a SMART repair service. This means that we focus on the face of the wheel to improve the aesthetic quality of your vehicle. If you wish to have the inside of your wheels refurbished as well, please discuss this with the wheel technician prior to work commencing, as it may involve additional time and fees.

6) In order to carry out refurbishments at your home or work we require space for our Long Wheel Base van, access to your vehicle, your locking wheel bolt, and access to a mains power sockets (not an extension cable) within 25 meters of the van (this is especially important if you are living in an upper floor flat or a mid terraced house). Should we arrive and we are unable to carry out the work due to these not being available, you will be invoiced a call out charge of £50. 

7) All weekend  appointments will now require a £30 deposit paid up front. 

8) There is a minimum charge starting from £50  for call outs to just one wheel. 

9) Any bookings made which have a reduced rate applied, either through specific discounts or ongoing deals, require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Should customers give less than 24 hours notice, then they forfeit the agreed rate and prices will be subject to change.
